The leg assembly also includes an adjustable bar disposed substantially perpendicular to a height direction of the leg assembly. The adjustable bar has a first end connected with the first support and a second end connected with the second support such that changing a length of the adjustable bar changes a height of the leg assembly.

Abstract: A bed frame connecting piece includes a first connecting piece connected to a horizontal rail of the bed frame and a second connecting piece connected to a vertical rail of the bed frame. A notch part is provided between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, and a reinforcing member is provided between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece. The reinforcing member is located at the notch part and arranged at an inner end of the bed frame connecting piece. One end of the bed frame connecting piece is a narrow edge, the other end of the bed frame connecting piece is a wide edge, and the notch part is arranged at the wide edge. A bed frame includes the above bed frame connecting piece.

A second rod is integrally formed or coupled with a top portion of the third coupling piece, and movable together with the third coupling piece. The second rod is selectively inserted into the slots of the first and second coupling pieces, thereby selectively restricting the rotation of the first and second coupling pieces with respect to each other.

A motor is provided between the first bedstead unit and the second bedstead unit. The bedstead units at both sides of the central axis of the bedstead are hinged by a fixing rod. Each of two ends of the fixing rod is provided with a clamping member. The bedstead unit is provided with a matching member connected to the clamping member. The clamping member and the matching member are hinged by a fastener. In this arrangement, the electric bed can be folded.

The connecting member includes a body. The body is provided with a first U-shaped groove in which the side rail is clamped. The opening of the first U-shaped groove faces downward. The body lateral to the first U-shaped groove is further provided with a second U-shaped groove in which the cross rail is clamped. The opening of the second U-shaped groove faces sideward. The side rail and the cross rail are quick and easy to connect, and the manufacturing cost can also be reduced.

Abstract: The invention discloses a packaging structure of a folding bed and a packaging method thereof. The packaging structure includes a folding bedstead including at least three unit frames, the adjacent unit frames are mutually hinged, and a mattress capable of being rolled up. When the folding bedstead is packaged, a space for receiving the rolled mattress is formed by the unit frames. The packaging method includes the following steps: S1, folding the unit frames of the folding bedstead to form a space; S2, rolling up the mattress and putting the rolled mattress into a space formed by the unit frame; S3, putting the folded folding bedstead into the box. The invention method allows for the most space efficient packing possible thereby reducing the amount of space occupied by the bed and reducing transportation costs.

An adjustable support includes movably coupled inner and outer bars, and a locking and unlocking mechanism to selectively restrict the inner and outer tubular bars from moving with respect to each other and thus selectively restrict the leg assembly from rotating with respect to the sub-frame.
