Particularly advantageously, the fastening body, comprises at least one rail-like carrier element which extends along the transverse axis (QA) to produce a detachable plug connection and the temple, the endpiece and/or the bridge of the glasses frame include at least one socket-like connection element, which has one hollow adapted to the shape and size of the rail-like carrier element.
