Abstract: A furniture element (100) comprising a first sheet of board material (102), a second sheet of board material (104) arranged with the first sheet to form a structure of the furniture element, and a connective element (106) is disclosed. The connective element has at least a part thereof arranged between the first and second sheet material such that when, arranging the first sheet, the second sheet and the connective element, the first sheet, the second sheet and the connective element become integral parts of the furniture element, and the connective element is arranged to receive mating connective elements for connection of remote furniture elements. An automated method of manufacturing such a furniture element is also disclosed.

Abstract: A supporting system for furniture, and a shelf adapted for such supporting system, is disclosed. The supporting system comprises a rail (11), adapted to be mounted on a wall, and a projecting male member (14), connected to the rail (11). The male member is projecting distally of said rail (11), said male member (14) being configured to interact with a mating female groove located in a shelf. The male member (14) is provided with a through slot extending from a distal end towards a proximal end of the male member (14), said through slot being open in said distal end. Also, a slider, comprising; a projecting male member (14) is disclosed.

Abstract: The present invention provides a supporting system for furniture, comprising; a rail (100), adapted to be mounted on a substantially vertical plane; and a projecting male member (200), connected to the rail (100), said male member projecting distally of said rail (100). The male member (200) provides a mounting plane transversal to the longitudinal direction of said rail, such that said male member (200) is configured to be enclosed by a mating female member (400). The female member (400) being located at a side piece of a furniture; said male member (200) and female member (400), in use, having two vertical support surfaces and at least one horizontal support surface each, arranged such that relative longitudinal displacement of male member (200) and female member (400) is hindered, and the horizontal support surface of the male member (200) supports the horizontal support surface of the female member (400), such that they allow horizontal mounting of the side piece on the rail (100).
