Patents Assigned to Interpane Entwicklungs-und Beratungsgesellschaft mbH
  • Patent number: 9112072
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a coated object (2) through deposition of at least one transparent, conductive metal-oxide layer (3) on a substrate (5), comprising the deposition (I) and preferably subsequent temperature treatment (II) of the coating (3). After the optional temperature treatment (II), the surface texture (8) of the coating (3) is statistically adjusted through an etching process.

  • Patent number: 8728572
Abstract: A device and method relating to a layer system is provided. A substrate with a multi-layer system disposed on the substrate is provided. The multi-layer system has at least one upper layer and at least one layer. A contact element is applied through cold-gas spraying in such a manner that the contact element penetrates the upper layer and contacts the lower layer. The upper layer of the multi-layer system has a scratch-resistant top-layer.

  • Patent number: 7811429
Abstract: The invention relates to a target support assembly (1) comprising a support (2), on which a target lining is arranged. In order to simplify the production of the target lining or of the target support assembly and/or the placement of the target lining on the support, the target lining is formed by a target sleeve (4) that is slid onto the support (2). At least one clamping element (5) is placed, while actively clamping, between the support (2) and the target sleeve (4).

  • Patent number: 7774997
Abstract: The invention relates to a system (1) comprising a glazing element (2) and a gas supply device (4), whereby the glazing element (2) has at least two substrates (18, 19), which enclose a space (3), and at least one gas of a defined composition located inside the space (3). A coating whose physical properties, in particular, optical and/or electrical properties, which can be altered according to the composition of the gas, is at least applied to one of the surfaces of a substrate (18, 19), said surfaces facing the space (3). The gas supply device (4) has at least one electrolysis device that has a working electrode (9), a counter electrode (10) and at least one electrolyte (17) for producing gas. The glazing element (2) and the gas supply device (4) are connected to one another whereby enabling the gas inside a closed circuit (6) to be guided between the glazing element (2) and the gas supply device (4). In addition, means for influencing the moisture content of the gas are placed inside the system.

  • Publication number: 20090286105
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a coated article (1) by deposition of at least one metal oxide layer (3, 4) on a substrate (2). An oxygen-containing sputtering atmosphere is first produced in a coating chamber. A metal oxide layer is deposited on the substrate in that oxygen-containing atmosphere by sputtering a nitrogen-containing, ceramic target.
