A conference session using one of the persistent dedicated virtual private network conference rooms assigned to a recipient is established using a communication device with a processor and memory and in response to an instruction from the recipient assigned the persistent dedicated virtual private network conference room. A network resource is allocated to the conference session established, based on a participant in the conference session logging in to the conference session using one of the unique identifications.
