Abstract: One example method of operation may include identifying a topics to apply to a meeting having a defined time window, creating meeting time intervals corresponding to the topics, transmitting meeting invites to user accounts identified as potential meeting attendees, identifying when the user accounts were active in the meeting, and determining the user accounts fulfilled a topic fulfillment obligation of one or more of the topics based on a user account presence during one or more of the meeting intervals.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a storage, a network interface, and a processor. The storage is to store content within a webcast or a virtual event. The network interface transmits a CDN token key and receives a client content request including a content hash and a message authentication code. The processor performs a decryption of the message authentication code, at least in part based on the CDN token key, and performs a reverse hash on the content hash to obtain a content ID that identifies the content. The network interface transmits the content, at least in part based on the content ID.

Abstract: To enable analysis of the performance of a customer contact center handling interactions across multiple types of communication channels, a system is provided that collects and analyzes data across the multiple channels and allows a user, such as an analyst, to analyze customer journeys that comprise multiple interactions, or contacts, across multiple communication channel types. That analysis can be used to identify journeys with similar, perhaps problematic, characteristics and provide the analyst user with the ability to examine the collected data for each identified journey individually. Once a journey is selected, the system displays the collected data in a coordinated display of journey timeline, text history, and sequence of automatically detected significant events.

The database metadata transfer methods may include receiving a command to transfer preproduction metadata to production metadata; reading preproduction database metadata; generating a data file for making the change, the data file comprising SQL commands or insert statements; and executing a transfer from preproduction metadata to production metadata based on the SQL commands or insert statements. In some embodiments, the database may be a call center database and the data file may an Extensible Markup Language (XML) file.

The number of facility optimization procedures continues to grow and the patients and facilities can now apply new logic processes and patient incentives, etc., to maximize efficiency and budgetary concerns. One example method of operation provides receiving a request to schedule a medical care visit at a medical facility from a user device associated with a user account, scheduling the first appointment for a first appointment time on an appointment list and identifying an open appointment time in the appointment list for the same day. The method may also include transmitting a notification to the user device associated with a user account that is eligible for an appointment rescheduling event, and receiving a response message confirming a schedule change responsive to the notification being transmitted the user device.

Abstract: The illustrative embodiments described herein provide systems and methods for managing advertisements for advertisers. In one embodiment, a method includes receiving a set of advertising preferences from an advertiser. The set of advertising preferences includes advertiser-definable criteria controlling when to initiate an advertisement associated with the advertiser. The method also includes monitoring a set of events associated with event data to determine whether to initiate the advertisement during an event. The set of events are viewable on an interfacing device associated with a user. The method also includes initiating the advertisement during the event in response to the event data for the event meeting the criteria defined by the advertiser.
