Abstract: A computer implemented method and system, comprising: retrieving, from an electronic data storage, participation data for each of a plurality of contacts that are associated with an opportunity, the participation data including information indicating types of communication activities the contacts have participated in in respect of the opportunity and times of the participation; comparing the participation data for the plurality of contacts with historic participation data for each of a plurality of decision maker contacts for a plurality of historic opportunities, the historic participation data including information indicating types of communication activities the decision maker contacts have participated in in respect of the historic opportunities and times of the participation; and computing, based on the comparing, which of the plurality of contacts associated with the opportunity is a potential decision maker and storing information indicating the identity of the potential decision maker.

Abstract: System and method for updating customer data that includes a plurality of electronically stored contact records that each include contact information for a respective individual contact. Filtering is applied to the customer data to identify contacts that fall within defined filtering criteria. Information about the identified contacts is provided to a decision making authority for a further layer of filtering. Customer data is updated based on feedback derived from the decision making authority.

Abstract: An email message body is processed to identify groups of characters that match patterns from a set of predefined signature data patterns. For each identified group of characters, a respective block of the email message body is reviewed to identify other groups of characters within the respective block that also match patterns from the set of predefined signature data patterns. A block score is generated for the respective block based on the groups of characters identified as matching patterns from the set of predefined signature data patterns. One of the blocks is selected based on the block scores generated for the respective blocks, and signature contact information is retrieved from the selected block.

Abstract: Computer implemented method and a system that includes receiving a list of invitees for a future meeting, accessing electronically stored relationship data that includes information identifying a plurality of individuals and existing relationships between the individuals, wherein the individuals include at least some of the invitees and also additional individuals, selecting one or more of the additional individuals that are identified in the relationship data as having existing relationships with one or more of the invitees, and adding the one or more selected additional individuals to a potential invitee list for the future meeting.
