A device for cleaning an outer circumference of the outer tube is provided, wherein the device has a cleaning spatula, a guide rail for the cleaning spatula, which guide rail extends parallel to a central longitudinal axis of the outer tube, and a first drive for moving the cleaning spatula along the guide rail.

Abstract: A device for dropletizing a flowable product, having an outer drum, which is arranged in a rotatable manner on a core and is provided with a plurality of through-openings in its circumference. A feed duct extends in the longitudinal direction of the core and a distribution device bearing against the inner circumference of the outer drum are provided in the core. At least one supply duct is provided between the feed duct and the distribution device along the length of the feed duct, and a shut-off member for setting a free cross section of the at least one supply duct is provided.

Abstract: In the production of thermoplastic granulate material, after mixing the starting materials, it is common in the state of the art for these materials to be kneaded and compressed in extruders, with subsequent granulation. According to the invention, no extruder is used, rather the starting materials for the thermoplastic granulate material are supplied directly to a double belt press after the mixing. Subsequently, the generated web-type to sheet-type body is processed into a granulate material by means of grinding, or is used as a web-type, sheet-type, strip-type or film-type intermediate product for the production of a further intermediate product or end products.

The device has a revolving belt and a drop former, and the drop former deposits product drops on an upper run of the belt. The product drops, in the course of transportation on the upper run of the belt, solidify to form pastilles, and an arrangement for wetting the belt with a liquid release agent is provided upstream of that region in which the product drops are deposited on the belt. The release agent prevents or reduces the adhesion of the product drops to the belt, and a proportional metering pump is provided for continuously mixing the release agent from at least two liquid components during the operation of the device.
