Abstract: Aspects discussed herein may relate to using machine learning models as part of methods and techniques for ingesting, creating, storing, editing, and managing a document. The document may be a legal contract that includes one or more clauses. Among other things, one or more machine learning models may be configured to recognize clauses and/or classifications, or types, of clauses. For example, the one or more generative language models may be used to generate one or more recommended edits to a clause, generate one or more suggested clauses that are missing from the contract, and/or generate one or more suggested locations where a clause may be inserted into or moved within the contract.

Abstract: Various aspects of the subject technology relate to systems, methods, and machine-readable media for detecting changes to uploaded documents in a workflow platform. Various aspects may include determining changes between various versions of a media file. Aspects may include detecting what portions of the media file change relative to different instances of the various media file versions. Aspects may also include updating a template element to incorporate the changes to the portions of the media file so that the template element may be used to regenerate a new version of the media file with the incorporated changes being reflected by the template element. Aspects may include determining a new location of text within a portion of the media file that is changed between versions of the media file.
Abstract: A method includes receiving, in a first networking platform, an electronic message directed from a first party to a workflow to a second party of the workflow. The method also includes identifying a document attached to the electronic message as relevant to the workflow, and identifying at least a portion of a text content in the electronic message as relevant to the workflow. The method also includes updating the workflow associated with the workflow based on the document attached to the electronic message, when the second party provides the input and storing the document attached to the electronic message in a database, as a new version of the workflow. A system and a non-transitory, computer-readable medium storing instructions to perform the above method are also provided.

Abstract: Various aspects of the subject technology relate to systems, methods, and machine-readable media for automating the recording of an evidentiary history (e.g., versions audit trail) of a graphical user interface with an embedded clickwrap agreement. The snapshot server captures and outputs snapshot records of a graphical user interface displaying the clickwrap agreement on an end user computing platform. The snapshot records are created using a virtual machine that emulates an end user computing platform for navigation of an application rendered on the platform. Aspects may also include generating a snapshot record of metadata associated with the captured snapshot image.
