Abstract: To implement a key telephone system through an IP (Internet protocol) network, if real-time broadcast information is transmitted by multicast communications, restriction to prevent a rapid increase in network traffic is received, an additional special protocol is required, and it is hard to ensure the confidentiality of information. If real-time broadcast information is transmitted by unicast communications, transmission processing is centralized on a broadcast information transmission apparatus, the traffic becomes enormous, and a broad communication band and a high processing capability become necessary. Therefore, a transmission dedicated apparatus is provided between a broadcast information transmission apparatus and a terminal for distributing the transmission function and traffic. The broadcast information transmission apparatus needs only to manage the transmission dedicated apparatus. A plurality of terminals, etc., can be connected to the transmission dedicated apparatus.

  • Patent number: 6826494
Abstract: A pseudo noise generator includes a first arbitrary random number generator that generates two groups of first random number signals respectively corresponding to pre-divided Amplitude Probability Distributions, which are obtained by pre-dividing a specified Amplitude Probability Distribution into two parts at a specified level. A second arbitrary random number generator generates two groups of second random number signals respectively defined by a specified Pulse Duration Distribution and a specified Pulse Spacing Distribution at said specified level. One of the two groups of first random number signals are selected in accordance with the specified Pulse Duration Distribution and the specified Pulse Spacing Distribution defined at said specified level. The selected signals are converted, by a D/A converter, to pseudo noise of analog value in accordance with the Amplitude Probability Distribution, the specified Pulse Duration Distribution and the specified Pulse Spacing Distribution at the specified level.

Abstract: The invention provides a waveform information display apparatus, wherein the property of waveform data is grasped by the light of nature. Specifically, digital waveform data stored in a memory is split into a plurality of time segments, and compressed display data is generated in each of the time segments. A waveform is displayed on the screen by the compressed display data. Then, a property specified for the waveform is extracted from the digital waveform data in each of the time segments, and a value expressing the specified property in the time segment is obtained on the basis of the extracted property. Further, a waveform display portion in each of the time segments displayed on the screen on the basis of the compressed display data in each of the time segments is displayed in a state wherein the obtained value expressing the property is reflected on the waveform display portion.

  • Patent number: 6546041
Abstract: A baseband digital IQ signal modulated by digital information and a spread spectrum IQ code sequence whose auto-correlation side lobe is equal to zero are frame-synthesized with each other to obtain a transmission baseband IQ signal. A modulated radio-frequency wave obtained by modulating a radio-frequency wave is transmitted over a radio transmission line. From a received baseband signal obtained by receiving the modulated radio-frequency wave is separated a received signal of the spread spectrum IQ code sequence and a received signal of the baseband digital-modulated IQ signal. A waveform equalized signal which is obtained by waveform-equalization of the received signal of the baseband digital modulated IQ signal is demodulated by the use of transmission parameters of the radio transmission line derived from a despread spectrum signal obtained by dispreading the spread spectrum IQ code sequence, to obtain a received data signal of the digital information transmitted from the transmitting side.

  • Patent number: 6515518
Abstract: An analog switch circuit is disclosed. A plurality of cell switches (10) and load resistors (33, 34) are employed. One of cell switches (10A) is active and another (10B) is nonactive by controlling switches (15). Each of cells includes two pair of common-base transistors (3 to 6), which are inserted between a differential amplifier (1, 2) and load resistors (33, 34). Each of bases of common-base transistors (3 to 6) isolate the collector from the base. Thereby, effects of collector-to-emitter capacitances of nonactive transistors are decreased in high frequency range. The remarkably small leakages are canceled out by paired transistors 5 and 4, and, 6 and 3. Thus, the cross-talk between 21a, 22a and 21b, 22b is eliminated.

  • Patent number: 6297827
Abstract: A wave-form observation apparatus i.e. a digital oscilloscope configured to store and display wave-forms being displayed by a simple operation is disclosed. The analog input picture signal 1 includes wave-forms, characters and figures with their intensity information. The analog signal 1 is A/D converted to a picture data 2. A subtracted picture data 3 is obtained by subtracting a predetermined value from an intensity of the stored picture data 7. Two intensities of the data 2 and 3 are compared. In a ready state for the memory operation, the predetermined value is set to zero, By pushing a button 16, the picture data 2 having strong intensity is selected in the switch S2 to obtain intense picture data 6. Thereafter the switch S2 selects the data 3 which is equal to the intense picture data 6 in their intensities. Thus the stored picture data 7 is repeatedly displayed in the memory operation.

  • Patent number: 6262543
Abstract: An oscilloscope intensity regulation apparatus is disclosed. The oscilloscope displays wave-forms with the regulated intensity in spite of various wave-form repetition rates or sweep ranges. The scope has a CCD sensor 11 on a CRT 10. The CCD output 28 is applied to a video circuit 12 delivering a video signal 29. The CPU 4 instructs an intensity of an electron beam to a Z-axis circuit 8 and an AGC (automatic gain control) revision signal 27 to a AGC circuit 13 in accordance with an intensity input signal 21. The AGC circuit 13 controls its gain for amplifying a video signal 29 from the CCD 11 via the video circuit 12. When the video signal 29 is small in its amplitude, the AGC circuit 13 has a large gain. When the video signal 29 is large, the circuit 13 has a small gain. Therefore, an intensity of wave-forms being displayed is regulated in the intensity desired, in spite of various repetition rates of the wave-forms or sweep velocities.

Abstract: A large bandwidth analog isolation circuit is disclosed. Isolation transformers (11, 12) isolate the nonfloating side on the right hand from the floating side on the left hand. The input signal (1a, 1b) and a high frequency sinusoidal signal (3a, 3b) via a transformer (16) from an oscillator (18) are applied to a multiplier (20). The floating multiplied signal is supplied to a nonfloating multiplier (60). Thereby, the signal (6a, 6b) is multiplied by the high frequency sinusoidal signal (8a, 8b). The nonfloating multiplied signal (9a, 9b) is obtainable and is filtered (67, 68) to send out the output signal (2a, 2b) reproduced from the input signal (1a, 1b). Thus, replica of the input signal is obtained in the nonfloating side.

Abstract: The dimensions of a magnetized pattern formed on a recording medium are varied, thereby causing the amount of toner attracted to the recording medium to vary, and thereby adjusting the printing density. This type of variation of the dimensions of the magnetized pattern is preferably achieved by varying the pulse width, that is, the duty cycle, of the recording clock which is supplied to a latent image recording circuit. This printing density adjustment method enables stable adjustment of the printing density.
