  • Patent number: 10968039
Abstract: A storage deck section supportable on a storage rack structure. The storage deck section includes a deck sheet formed from a plurality of wires. At least some of the plurality of wires include a sheet portion at least partially defining an approximately planar support area for supporting associated goods. A relief portion extending from the sheet portion at an acute angle relative to the approximately planar support area. An extension portion disposed along the first end is oriented transverse to the sheet portion. A support member is disposed below the deck sheet, which is secured to a beam with an elongated open channel such that at least part of the relief portion and at least part of the extension portion are disposed within the elongated open channel. • Patent number: 10836576
Abstract: A storage rack assembly includes a storage rack structure that can include a plurality of columns and a plurality of beams interconnecting the columns such that a plurality of storage bays are formed above a base surface. A plurality of storage deck sections include a first storage deck section supported on the storage rack structure within a first storage bay and a second deck section supported within a second storage bay. The first and second storage rack sections are at least partially supported on a common beam of the storage rack structure with one of the first and second storage rack sections including a decking support channel. The decking support channel includes a channel end portion positioned along the common beam with the channel end portion including a clearance tunnel dimensioned to receive a deck wire of the other of the first and second storage rack sections.

  • Patent number: 10214351
Abstract: A barrier panel assembly includes a barrier sheet formed from a plurality of barrier wires arranged in a grid pattern and interconnected with one another by a plurality of flowed-material joints. Support brackets are secured to the barrier sheet along a common side thereof. The support brackets are configured to engage a rail of a storage rack structure that defines a storage bay disposed at a non-zero height above a base surface on which the storage rack structure is supported. A support deck that is dimensioned to form a floor of the storage bay and capture the support brackets between the storage deck and the rail to secure the barrier panel assembly on the storage rack structure. A method of assembly is also included.

  • Patent number: 10021856
Abstract: A flooring system includes a flooring panel and a support element. The flooring panel has an outer periphery and defines an upper panel plane and a lower panel plane that is offset from the upper panel plane. The flooring panel includes a plurality of openings formed therethrough within the outer periphery. The support element extends lengthwise between opposing ends and includes an upper edge and a lower edge. The support element extends through and operatively connects with the flooring panel such that the upper edge is disposed in approximate alignment with the upper panel plane and the lower edge is disposed in offset relation to the lower panel plane in a direction opposite the upper panel plane. Methods of assembly are also included.
