Abstract: A bathtub assembly includes a bathtub shell containing a volume of liquid, a circulation system in communication with the shell for creating a flow of liquid to and from the shell, and a dispenser assembly for introducing a substance into a portion of the flow of liquid into the bathtub shell. A control panel is rotatably mounted on an upper rim of the bathtub shell proximate to an inlet to the dispenser assembly and rotates to alternately cover or expose the inlet. A plurality of directed flow jets are connected to the bathtub shell for conveying the flow of liquid into the shell to create a directed flow of liquid within the bathtub shell.

Abstract: Attachable and reattachable panels, particularly for water enclosing units, protect, enclose and/or cover an area such as a bathroom, steam room, shower, shower stall, bathtub, whirlpool bath, spa or the like. The panels include a clip assembly associated therewith for removably securing the panels in position and/or to other structural members. The clip assembly includes a male member and a female member, where the female member is configured for receiving the male member.
Abstract: A walk-in tub includes a tub frame having a door frame provided in one or more of the walls of the tub frame. The tub further includes a door hingedly connected to the door frame and adapted for movement between an open position into the interior cavity of the tub and a closed position aligned with the door frame. A sealing face is provided on the door frame facing the interior cavity of the tub. A seal is disposed around a perimeter of the door for sealing the door against the sealing face when the door is in the closed position. A latching mechanism on the door is operable between a latching position and an unlatching position and includes a slidable latching pin that is slidable to engage a pin receiver in the latching position when the door is locked and disengage from the pin receiver in the unlatching position when the door is unlocked.

Abstract: A waterfall unit for supplying a laminar flow of water into a water containment device. The waterfall unit comprising a fill spout having a water inlet for receiving water from a water source, a plenum chamber for containing an amount of water, and an elongated fill spout water outlet for expelling the water. A cover is provided for encasing at least a portion of the fill spout. The cover includes an elongated water outlet in alignment with the fill spout outlet. The waterfall unit also includes an enclosure member for enclosing the fill spout and the cover member to form a unit adapted for mounting onto a ledge of the water containment device. A related method for retrofitting a waterfall unit onto a water containment device is also provided.
Abstract: A prefabricated plumbing system or wall system for a shower includes a support frame, a plumbing system carried by the support frame and an enclosure member for enclosing the plumbing system within the support frame. The plumbing system includes a piping configuration for carrying a plurality of body spray mountings and includes a hot water inlet, a cold water inlet, water mixing valve arrangement and a control valve arrangement. Each body spray mounting supports a body spray unit and forms a jet array consisting of spray units. Control valves control the volume of water supplied to the body spray units and the water volume supplied to the water delivering devices. The prefabricated system is adapted to be manufactured as a unit and then shipped for installation in a shower as a unit. A steam seat arrangement for converting a shower into a steam bath is also provided.
