Abstract: A skylight guard is provided for placement upon a skylight having a peripheral frame, and includes at least one generally vertical leg having an upper end and a lower end, at least one horizontal member having a first end, an opposite second end, and a middle portion located between the first and second ends. At least one of the first and second ends is configured for attachment to a corresponding one of the at least one leg. At least one of the horizontal members is axially variable, and at least one of the vertical legs has a foot associated with the lower end, the foot being constructed and arranged to contact the peripheral frame.
