Abstract: A heating apparatus for articles of food comprises a receptacle (4) where the articles of food which are to be heated are brought and which may rotate around a axis during heating. The apparatus further comprises a cover (6) which forms with the receptacle (4) substantially closed chamber during heating. The axis may form an adjustable first angle with a vertical line. The apparatus further comprises a roof (6) which may rotate relatively with regard to the recipient (4) over a second angle which is smaller than 60.degree. to allow for filling or emptying the heating apparatus with articles of food. The heating apparatus may be used for substantially all articles of food which may be heated and the apparatus has a good thermal efficiency.
Abstract: An automatic portioning and weighing arrangement for loose products (15) comprises at least one store drum (2) whereby the store drum (2) comprises at least one portioning capacity (6) wherein separate portions of the products (15) are formed. The weighing arrangement (4) comprises at least one collecting capacity (40) for the loose products. The store drum (2) has been arranged almost horizontally and the portioning capacity (6) extends over almost the complete length of the store drum (2). As a consequence, the chance for choking ups is almost nonexistant on delivery of the loose products (15).
Abstract: An arrangement (1) is provided for the frying or warming of articles of food (24) which mainly comprise loose parts with respect to each other. The arrangement (1) comprises a recipient (3) wherein the articles of food (24) may be introduced. This recipient (3) comprises a bottom (4) which may be subjected to a rotation around a central, oblique axis (6). The bottom (4) comprises separate segments (41-46) which are separated from each other, at least a part of the bottom (4) of each segment (41-46) being jointable to empty the fried of warmed articles of food. The arrangement (1) may receive, fry or warm, and deliver separate portions of articles of food (24).
