Abstract: A nozzle assembly, an ejecting device and an ejecting method are provided. The nozzle assembly includes an electrode and an insulating body portion. A first fluid channel is arranged in the insulating body portion, an opening is formed on the inner surface. A second fluid channel is arranged between the inner surface of the insulating body portion and the side surface of the electrode. An ejecting outlet is formed on the outer end surface. The second fluid channel is communicated with the first fluid channel at the opening. At least part of the second fluid channel is located between the first fluid channel and the electrode. In the first direction, the opening is located between the first end surface and the second end surface of the electrode.
