A four-axis manipulator is between the fourth and fifth stations for transferring materials between the two stations and discharging finished products. Industrial cameras are on the second-station mechanical arm and the four-axis manipulator. Waste boxes are between the first and second stations and between the fourth and fifth stations. A discharging box is on the front side of the fifth station. A scrap conveying mechanism is below the production line. Flexible clamps and sliding rail cylinders are used, so that the production line is flexible.

    Abstract: A deep-sea manned submersible and a design method for a pressure resistant hull curved structure thereof, the deep-sea manned submersible comprising a main hull body, a propeller assembly, annular sliding channels, a brake disc, and a brake. Two annular sliding channels are provided, and are fixed symmetrically on two opposite side surfaces of the main hull body. The main hull body is inserted vertically through the upper surface of the propeller assembly, and by means of the two annular sliding channels is slidingly connected to the propeller assembly, such that the outer contour of the whole body formed by the impeller assembly and the main hull body takes a nautilus shell shape. The brake disc is of an annular shape, and fixed on an outer ring of the main hull body, and the brake is mounted on the propeller assembly and corresponds matchingly with the brake disc.

    Abstract: A high-performance positive electrode catalyst for a metal-air battery is disclosed, which is composed of transition metal nitride-transition metal oxide heterogeneous particles and a mesoporous carbon matrix. The nano heterogeneous particles, which are 10-50% based on the total mass of the catalyst, are dispersed in the mesoporous carbon matrix; and the oxide is 10-100% based on the heterogeneous particles. A preparation method of the catalyst includes: treating mesoporous carbon with a strong acid solution to obtain surface-functionalized mesoporous carbon; immersing the surface-functionalized mesoporous carbon in an aqueous solution of a transition metal salt, and stirring and washing; adding ammonia water and stirring to enable a confined complexation reaction; washing again, and vacuum drying; and calcining the product in an inert atmosphere or a vacuum condition.

    Abstract: A dynamic compensation method for curved surface deformation in ship segmental construction includes fitting a curved surface and building a segmental deformation compensation model based on an acquired actual segmentation of a ship to obtain a theoretical height of a jig frame; establishing a correlation between jig frames based on a ship segmental deformation range and a compression load of the ship; and performing segmental deformation compensation according to an actual height and the theoretical height of the jig frame by adopting a preset adaptive regulation and control algorithm of jig frame height. According to the compensation method, a correlation between a reference jig frame and slave jig frames of each level is established.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for determining hydrogen sulfide (H2S) by headspace single-drop liquid phase microextraction and intelligent device colorimetry, which comprises: taking a silver-gold core-shell triangular nanosheet (Ag@Au TNS) as a nanodetection probe, in combination with an analysis method of headspace single-drop microextraction (HS-SDME), specifically extracting H2S volatilized from a sample to be detected by the nanodetection probe, and detecting H2S in the extracted sample with the help of the photographing function of an intelligent device and a color picking software. Compared with the prior art, the present invention adopts intelligent device colorimetry, with the limit of detection of about 65 nM and the linear range of 0.1-100 ?M, and the established method can be applied to the determination of H2S in actual samples such as egg white, milk and other opaque samples, and has the advantages of few procedures, simple operation, high detection efficiency and the like.
