Abstract: An over-temperature protection system has a control board mounted in a charging device and a temperature sensor mounted in a charging plug. A switch is coupled on a power circuit of the charging plug and controlled by the control board. When the charging plug is connected to a power supply and the charging device begins a charging operation, the control board periodically receives temperature information of the charging plug sensed by the temperature sensor. When the control board determines that the temperature of the charging plug is abnormal, the switch is open to interrupt the power circuit so as to stop the charging operation for ensuring safety of the charging device.

Abstract: A fixing structure of electronic components has a first substrate, at least one second substrate, at least one electronic component, and at least one fixing mechanism. Each second substrate has at least two first pins to electrically connect to the first substrate. Multiple second pins formed on a side surface of the electronic component are electrically connected to the second substrate. The at least one fixing mechanism covers the at least one electronic component and the at least one second substrate. A first mounting part and a second mounting part respectively extend downward from opposite sides of the at least one fixing mechanism for clamping the electronic component and the second substrate so that the at least one electronic component and the at least one second substrate are erectly mounted on the first substrate. Thus, more electronic components are allowed to be erectly mounted on the first substrate.

Abstract: A protecting cap structure of a charging gun has a cover, a push plate, a fixing seat, at least one first resilient element, and a gland. The push plate is moveably mounted in a containing groove of the cover. The fixing seat, the first resilient element, and the gland are mounted in the containing groove. The first resilient element and the gland are respectively mounted on both sides of the push plate, and the first resilient element abuts and pushes the front side of the push plate. The protecting cap structure not only improves water resistance and dust resistance by the gland which is propped by the resilient element when the cover covers the plug of the charging gun, but also is easy to use because the resilient elements push forward the cover when the cover is to be removed.
