Abstract: An LED light device and a circuit preparation method thereof are provided. The LED light device includes a base, an LED light unit, and a lamp shade. The LED light-emitting unit and the lamp shade are arranged on the base. The lamp shade covers the LED light-emitting unit inside. The circuit preparation method includes following steps of: providing a base which is a physical entity having a three-dimensional structure on the surface thereof; coating a circuit layer on the base surface through a programmable coating equipment, manual coating or the combined mode, wherein the circuit layer is a liquid or powder coating containing metal materials, and the thickness of the circuit layer is 20 ?m or more; baking the base coated with the circuit layer at the high temperature of 100-1,000° C. until the circuit layer is dried; and obtaining a base having a three-dimensional circuit after cooling.

Abstract: A LED light bar includes several LED light sources and a bar light source mounting base. The light source mounting base is made of an insulating and heat-conducting material. An electrical layer having several metal electricity-conducting plates is embedded in an inner part of the light source mounting base. The LED light sources are welded on the metal electricity-conducting plates to form an electrical electricity-conducting circuit. lighting sides of the LED light sources are exposed on a surface of the light source mounting base. The light source mounting base and the metal electricity-conducting plates are formed into a whole. Each LED light source is covered by lenses.

Abstract: A dustproof lens for an LED road lamp has an incident surface and an exit surface. The exit surface is flat. The incident surface is saddle-shaped and has a section in a shape of a concave curve along a road direction and in a shape of a convex curve vertically to the road direction. A lens module thereof has the dustproof lenses jointed with each other and has an integrally flat exit plane. The dustproof lens and its module, while meeting requirements in distributing lights for road lighting, adopt a flat surface for emitting lights, in such a manner that the lens is protected from dusts piled up thereon, can be cleaned simply, and is better fit for using. By accomplishing modularization of the lens module in production and assembly, a productive efficiency of lamps is greatly improved.
