Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of bed frame structures, and in particular, to a novel detachable bed frame assembly mechanism. The novel detachable bed frame assembly mechanism includes a bed frame body. The bed frame body includes an outer frame, an inner frame, and two sets of wooden strips. The outer frame is a rectangular frame including two horizontal tubes, two lateral tubes, four L-shaped iron-plate connectors, bolts, and nuts. The inner frame includes at least one horizontal connecting tube, a plurality of lateral connecting tubes, iron sheets, bolts, and nuts. The two sets of wooden strips are symmetrically disposed on the horizontal connecting tube and the horizontal tubes on both sides of the horizontal connecting tube and are parallel to the lateral tubes, to connect the horizontal connecting tube to the horizontal tubes. The invention is easy to assemble and disassemble and is safe and reliable.

Abstract: A sofa bed iron frame mechanism has a side plate (16), a back plate (21), a first frame (1), a second frame (2), and connecting members (17); further includes a stabilizer rod assembly and an elastic connecting rod assembly. The first frame (1) is hinged to the second frame (2) by the stabilizer rod assembly, the second frame (2) is connected to the side plate (16) by the elastic connecting rod assembly, and the back plate (21) is disposed at a back side of the second frame (2). The first frame (1) and the second frame (2) are folded or unfolded through the stabilizer rod assembly, and the second frame (2) switches between a folded state and an unfolded state by inertia of the elastic connecting rod assembly. For this iron frame mechanism, there is no interference during folding.

The sofa bed frame comprises a headrest rod, a bed frame rod, a first connecting rod assembly, a second connecting rod assembly, and a rod combination assembly. The headrest rod is rotatably connected to the bed frame rod on both sides, and the first connecting rod assembly and the second connecting rod assembly are located under the bed frame tube. The rod combination assembly is composed of multiple rods, each of which is detachably connected to the bed frame rod.

Abstract: An assembly system used in sofa bed comprises first and second connecting rod assemblies and a member bar combination, which is composed of a plurality of member bars, each member bar is respectively connected with the first connecting rod assembly and with the second connecting rod assembly directly in a removable way. The member bars are respectively connected with the first connecting rod assembly and with the second connecting rod assembly in the form of primary-secondary rod. The assembly system allows to simply transport a frame of a sofa bed in three parts, which substantially saves the space for transportation and storage; at the same time, the three parts of the assembly system are mounted and connected very easily.
