Abstract: A faucet adaptor with a coaxial arrangement of an outer shell, a cover within the shell, a rotor at least partially within the cover, and a faceplate secured to the shell to secure the coaxial arrangement. A passage from the shell through the cover directs fluid from a source onto the rotor and then through the rotor and out of the adapter. The faucet adapter may enable the exiting spray of fluid to have a cone-like shape and the exit angle of the fluid may be altered depending on user-preferences.
Abstract: A shower head generally comprising a face plate, an outer housing, a water chamber, a ball holder, a button, a seal, a nozzle, a screen filter, a pivot ball, and a label logo. The ball holder covers the pivot ball, wherein the pivot ball is flush with the seal which is disposed in the water chamber. In a preferred embodiment, the water chamber comprises two portions having two different diameters, wherein the ball holder is connected over the portion having the smaller diameter. The ball holder is simultaneously disposed on top of the portion having the larger diameter.
Abstract: A ball component for a ball and socket joint for a directable water conduit, comprising a ball, a collar integral with the ball and a passage extending through ball and collar; the ball and collar are made of plastics material and the component further includes a skirt that surrounds and is held on the collar. The skirt has a desired surface decoration.
Abstract: Improved water taps, showerheads, faucets and other plumbing supplies and fixtures can be effectively molded with plastic materials with metal weight simulation. Preferably, the plastic materials comprise polybutylene terephalate (PBT) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS).
Abstract: A handheld spraying device having a quick disconnect assembly for releasably securing a spray body having a valve mechanism therein to a water line. The device includes a nozzle assembly affixed to a water line that includes a pair of opposed projecting wing portions that are spring biased into a pair of opposed seats formed in the spray body. An elongated opening transversely aligned with the seats is provided in the spray body for the passage of the nozzle assembly therethrough upon the wing portions thereof being aligned with the opening. Upon urging the nozzle assembly inwardly within the spray body against an interior spring so as to raise the wing portions off the seats and rotating the line and affixed nozzle assembly approximately 90° with respect to the spray body, the line and nozzle assembly can be withdrawn, disconnecting the spray body from the line.
