Abstract: An electronic cigarette includes a sensor, an atomizing assembly and a liquid storage unit, which are disposed in a housing. The atomizing assembly is provided with a first airflow passage. A second airflow passage is provided in the housing, and the sensor is disposed in the second airflow passage. The housing is defined with a first air inlet and a second air inlet. The first air inlet is in fluid communication with the first airflow passage. The second air inlet is in fluid communication with the second airflow passage. The first airflow passage and the second airflow passage are isolated from each other by a partition member. Since the first airflow passage is isolated from the second airflow passage by the partition member, the sensor is unaffected when a user inhales smoke from the smoke passage, the sensitivity of the sensor is not reduced, the smoking experience for the user is improved.

Abstract: An intelligent controller of electronic cigarette includes a switch module, a voltage acquisition module coupled to a heating wire, a control module coupled to the switch module and the voltage acquisition module, respectively, a display module electrically connected to an output of the control module, and a battery electrically connected to the switch module, the voltage acquisition module, the control module and the display module, respectively. The control module sends a control signal to the voltage acquisition module to make the voltage acquisition module acquire a terminal voltage of the heating wire. After receiving a signal from the switch module, whether the heating wire of an atomizer is in a short-circuit condition, an open-circuit condition or a normal condition is detected based on the acquired signal, and a detection result is output such that these conditions of the heating wire are observed directly by users.

Abstract: A method for controlling an electronic cigarette with at least two output modes includes detecting whether a switch signal for the stored output modes is input when the electronic cigarette is in a locked state. The stored output mode is switched in response to the switch signal. The electronic cigarette is controlled to operate according to the stored output mode, and an output of the electronic cigarette is controlled in response to a smoking request signal when the electronic cigarette is unlocked. The user can select a desired output mode according to need, there increasing the user experience.
