  • Publication number: 20080215464
Abstract: A system and method for providing definition and management of meal plans and packages for colleges or universities is disclosed. Students may view and flexibly modify selected packages anytime as defined by rules established by the university or college. A student may view the various options for which they may be eligible online and dynamically alter selections as permitted by pre-established criteria. Account balances are automatically reconciled by receiving additional payment or crediting residual balances, if appropriate. In this way, the students can change what type of meal service packages or plans online throughout a school year or semester to suit their changing needs.
