    Abstract: A mousse product prepared from a composition including at least water, a drying agent and an emulsifier is provided. The composition is maintained under pressure in an aerosol container and is dispensed from the container as a foam onto wet enameled nails under the action of a propellant. The mousse product dries the wet nail enamel and can then be massaged into the skin to act as a conditioning agent.
