    Abstract: A probe card is electrically connected to a tester, electrically contacted and connected to circuits to be tested, and used to transmit test signals between the tester and the circuits. It includes a plate assembly having a printed board and an earth plate insulated from each other. Probe assemblies are supported by the plate assembly and are substantially vertically contacted at their foremost ends with pads of the circuits to be tested. Each probe assembly includes a center conductor having a sharpened tip contacted with the pad of the circuit to be tested. A holder conductor shrouds the center conductor while leaving the front end portion thereof not enclosed, and having electrical continuity with the center conductor. A dielectric shrouds the holder conductor, a peripheral conductor coaxially arranged around the holder conductor with the dielectric interposed between them, and a sheath enclosing the peripheral conductor.

    Abstract: An improved stripline cable is provided wherein porous, expanded polytetrafluoroethylene having continuous openings therethrough is disposed between sets of substantially parallel electrical conductors and having a covering on both sides thereof holding the conductors in place. The covering is preferably of a fluororesin. Each set of conductors can be a signal conductor having a smaller cross-sectional area, i.e. small width or diameter, and a ground conductor having a larger cross-sectional area. The cable as aforesaid can also have an electromagnetic shielding material laminated to the outer sides of the covering.

The discriminator generates a lock signal to be fed to a locking means for allowing suspension of the supply of liquid based on a signal generated in the discriminator and fed to the locking means. The detection element includes a first electrode, a second electrode, a gas-sensing member connected to the first electrode and connected to the second electrode, which gas-sensing member is formed of a resin material including a conducting material which furnishes an impedance change upon contacting the vaporized gas of the liquid to be detected.

A composite material having low permittivity comprises hollow bubbles formed of a thermo-fusible fluoro-resin and a polymer material surrounding and supporting the thermo-fusible fluoro-resin forming the hollow bubbles.

The assembly includes a cylindrical ring body installed in the drain opening, the ring body extending over the entire circumference of the discharge port of the drain opening, the ring body having a relatively small liquid-collecting opening in the lower end of the cylindrical ring. A liquid leak detecting sensor is installed in the liquid-collecting opening. A liquid leak which flows into the drain is dammed by the attachment ring assembly and channelled to flow into the liquid-collecting opening and to the sensor, thereby substantially reducing the time which would otherwise be required to detect the leak.
