Abstract: A compression molding apparatus adaptable for instantaneously applying a large pressurizing force in the final stage of compression molding having a simple design and at low cost. A gear is provided to a screw shaft for rotating through a pair of pinions by a pair of hydraulic motors, and a plunger compresses a composite material. In the final stage, by using a pair of pressure-mounting actuators provided in a pressure-mounting system, a compressed deformation takes place to instantaneously apply pressurizing force through the gear to the screw shaft by a torque arm and a lock-piece respectively.
Abstract: A brick press easily exchanges a mold as well as a material in a short time in the same way as a mold exchange in a die floating type press in which a press molding is performed only by an upper plunger of the press body with the mold holder being moved vertically. The brick press includes a plurality of transfer trucks provided with a device for removably mounting a mold and a device for supplying raw material. A pin positions the transfer truck to the brick press. In another embodiment, the brick press includes a plurality of transfer trucks. Each transfer truck is provided with the device for supplying raw material, a device for moving the raw material supply device, a device for lifting and lowering the raw material supply device, and a pin for positioning the transfer truck to the mold holder.
Abstract: A material supplying apparatus for a powder molding machine including a press table, a charger frame movable to reciprocate on the press table, a device for reciprocating the charger frame, a material inputting device provided on the charger frame into which a powder material is supplied, a scaling device for previously scaling the powder material to a predetermined weight, the device for scaling including a load cell, and rotary blades attached to a vertical shaft positioned in order to stir the material supplied to the material inputting device. The reciprocating device for the charger frame coupled to the material inputting device comprises a first cylinder which is reciprocated on the press table. A shutter plate is arranged between the material inputting device and the table in slide contact with both the material inputting device and the table through dust seals for opening and closing openings of the material inputting device.
Abstract: A screw press comprises an actuator for producing a thrust parallel to an axis of a screw spindle so that by the use of the thrust the screw spindle is axially moved relative to a female screw which is threadably connected with the screw spindle, whereby the screw spindle is rotatably driven.
