    Abstract: A hydraulic cutter apparatus provided herein comprises a piston slidably disposed in a cylinder, pumping apparatus for feeding a working fluid to the cylinder thereby axially displacing the piston for cutting operation with a cutting blade mounted at the front end of the piston rod. Release valve apparatus are provided for returning back the working fluid from the cylinder whose inner pressure is thereby lowered, allowing the piston to move back to the home position.
