The detent is inserted in the aperture so that the detent includes a portion disposed in the mandrel-receiving recess. The elastic element is used to bias and keep the detent in the aperture.

In the printing step, the printing layer is printed on the preparing region in the outer surface of the body and the mark is enchased on the printing layer with an external surface. In the electroplating step, the electroplate layer is electroplated on the external surface of the mark and the outer surface of the body except the preparing region with the printing layer to complete the metal hand tool.

    Abstract: A replacement cartridge (1) for a shaver with an application device has an application preparation reservoir (2) and means for feeding the application preparation such as a small manually operated pump (3), and a connecting piece (10). The replacement cartridge is fixed to the shaver by a coupling between the connecting piece (10) and a counterpart (4). In the new state of the replacement cartridge, the interior of the small pump (31) is filled with application preparation. The integration of the small pump into the replacement cartridge (1) and its initial filling with preparation permits a simple design of the pump. The pump has a pump chamber (31) whose walls have elastically deformable points and two one-way valves (32, 33). A preparation reservoir has a hollow body whose interior is subdivided into a preparation chamber (22) and an air chamber (23) by a movable plunger (21).

    Abstract: A shaving apparatus for flat and contour shaving makes it possible to distribute in the form of a think film on the skin just prior to shaving a cosmetic or pharmaceutical preparation. It comprises an applicator part, a feed part and a blade part, the blade part and the applicator part together forming the razor head (1), while the feed part forms the razor handle (4). The preparation is applied by means of a roll (5) or a spatula-like part, on which rotates a thin film of the preparation supply shielded from the outside. The feed device comprises a preparartion reservoir (6) and a miniature pump (5), which is arranged in such a way that it can easily be operated during application by the fingers guiding the razor and consequently during shaving preparation is fed into the applicator. The blade part comprises at least one blade functionally cooperating with the applicator part.
