Abstract: A sheet material comprises a recessed part and a non-recessed part which are formed on a surface side of a cushion base material. The sheet material comprises a gradual changing part in which a height H changes gradually across the recessed part and the non-recessed part. The sheet material may comprise an obtuse angle face portion formed on a near part to a bottom of the recessed part which comprises a wide angle face portion formed on a near part to the non-recessed part. In a producing method of the sheet material, an embossing mold material comprises an embossing gradual changing part in which a depth D changes gradually across an embossing projected part and an embossing non-projected part. The embossing mold material is pressed in a situation where the embossing projected part and the embossing gradual changing part are abutting to a surface side of a cushion base material.

  • Patent number: 10132028
Abstract: Provided is a method for manufacturing a fabric having excellent stain resistance and flame retardancy. The method of manufacturing a fabric of the present invention includes the steps of (a) immersing a polyester fabric in a treatment liquid containing a first fluorine-based water-and-oil repellent agent to incorporate the treatment liquid thereinto, followed by drying the fabric; (b) coating one surface of the fabric with a coating composition containing a second fluorine-based water-and-oil repellent agent and a flame retardant; and (c) cleaning the fabric having the coating layer formed thereon with hot water of 65° C. to 90° C.

  • Patent number: 8361383
Abstract: Provided is an allergen reduction-processing agent capable of giving an allergen reducing effect to a fibrous product while restraining whitening, and chalk marks. As chemical agents having an allergen-restraining effect, a zirconium based compound and a sulfonyl group-containing aromatic compound are used. An aqueous dispersion containing these components is used as an allergen reduction-processing agent for processing a fibrous product. The ratio by weight of the zirconium based compound to the aromatic compound is preferably 1 to 6:0.05 to 1.5.

  • Patent number: 8207071
Abstract: The present invention teaches a vehicular upholstery PPT-fiber fabric that is formed from a double woven fabric in which a face weaving textile design has a number of intersections, called warp up intersections where a warp yarn passes over a weft yarn, and these are more than the number of intersections, called weft up intersection, where a weft yarn passes over a warp yarn. The warp yarn is formed by twisting an intermingled yarn composed of a PPT-multi-filament yarn and a high heat shrinkable PET-multifilament yarn whose shrinkage percentage in boiling water is more than 15%. An intermingle ratio of the PPT-multifilament yarn of the warp yarn is more than the intermingle ratio of the PET-multifilament yarn of the warp yarn. In the warp yarn, the PET-multifilament yarn is shrunk by heating, so that the substantial length of the PET-multifilament yarn becomes shorter than the substantial length of the PPT-multifilament yarn. The weft yarn is composed of PPT-multifilament yarn.

  • Patent number: 8142872
Abstract: Vehicular upholstery fabric is woven by using chenille yarn and multi-fiber yarn for weft yarns. The weaving interval between chenille yarns is set up less than the apparent thickness of the chenille yarn, which is specified as an observed value of the thickness. The apparent thickness of the multi-fiber yarn is less than one-fifth of the apparent thickness of the chenille yarn. There are tight portions where a great number of warp yarns passes over the chenille yarn, and rough portions, where a small number of warp yarns passes over the chenille yarn that is formed on the surface of fabric. PPT-fibers are used for the pile of the chenille yarn and the warp yarn.

  • Patent number: 7921677
Abstract: A vehicular upholstery fabric is made from a raw tricot fabric which is knitted by using a PPT-multifilament yarn whose single fiber fineness is about 0.5˜6.0 dtex and whose total fineness is about 30˜180 dtex for the ground yarn and the pile yarn. The raw tricot fabric has been transformed into a napped tricot pile fabric by raising the sinker loop of the pile yarn of the raw tricot fabric to form fluffs which are then sheared to form cut piles. A PPT-bulky multifilament yarn is used for the ground yarn. A PPT-non-bulky texturized multifilament yarn or a PPT-bulky texturized multifilament yarn is used for the pile yarn.

  • Publication number: 20050226766
Abstract: The present invention provides a disposable sheet including: a waterproof layer formed of a plastic sheet; an intermediate colored layer formed of a water-based solvent absorbent material containing a dye soluble in a water-based solvent; and a non-colored layer formed of a water-based solvent absorbent material thereon. According to the disposable sheet of the present invention, a contamination due to a transparent and colorless toxic substance-containing water-based solution, which leaves no trace after drying when the solution spills over the disposable sheet, can be easily detected and expansion of secondary contamination due to a hazardous material can be prevented.
