    Abstract: An alcoholic beverage containing ultrafine bubbles of hydrogen with an antioxidative function is provided that is produced by a reductive fermentation technique of alcohol and contains only a small amount of acetaldehyde. A method and an apparatus of oxidative-reductive fermentation of varieties of alcoholic beverages are provided based on facilitation of proliferation of microorganisms under an oxidative condition and a reductive fermentation technique. The reductive fermentation technique suppresses oxidative degradation of generated pyruvic acid, activate alcohol dehydrogenase, and facilitates production of alcohol from acetaldehyde which is an intermediate product, and a gas exchanging function of the ultrafine bubbles of hydrogen decreases acetaldehyde that remains in a period of alcohol fermentation. The technique facilitates fermentation, increases alcohol yield, decreases acetaldehyde content, and enhances fresh savor, mellow taste and an antioxidative function of an alcoholic beverage.

After the plug (34) is disengaged from the engagement portion (31c), liquid communication is established between the inside of the inner layer bag (22) and a filter (33).

In the filtering dispenser container, a dam (14) is provided between the check valve (23) and the filter (25) for retaining a very small amount of the liquid percolating the check valve (23) when the check valve is closed. Thus, the filter (25) is prevented from being wetted with the liquid percolating the closed check valve (23) during storage or delivery of the container before the first use of the container.

A vent hole 4 is formed in the outer layer so as to introduce ambient air in between the outer and inner layers 21, 22. A discharging passage 10 is formed in the stopper 3 so as to exude through it a liquid content inside the inner layer 22, and the stopper further has a check valve 8 and a filter 7 disposed on the downstream side of the valve.

The closing member 3 has a supporter 31d that prevents the orifice 82a of the valve head 82 from opening when a negative pressure is generated in the bottle.
