Abstract: A green smart factory energy management system for carbon reduction, includes: an eco-friendly power generator installed on one side of a building to generate first electrical energy through wind power or sunlight; a water electrolysis device for receiving surplus power of the first electrical energy remaining after operating a building, and electrolyzing water to generate hydrogen; a hydrogen storage device for storing some of the hydrogen generated by the water electrolysis device; a hydrogen fuel cell for generating second electrical energy by using some of the hydrogen generated by the water electrolysis device; a machine tool provided with an electrically driven spindle system to grip or rotate a workpiece when the second electrical energy is applied; and a distributed power management device for controlling an amount of power consumed.
Abstract: Disclosed is a built-in type electric driving system of a machine tool. The system is capable of directly connecting a motor, which drives a spindle in a lathe which processes a workpiece, to an outer surface of the spindle without using a belt to rotate the spindle, and is capable of selectively transferring the power of the motor to a rotation system including a drawbar and a spindle for driving a chuck using a clutch device.

Abstract: Disclosed is a machine tool ELECTRICAL DRIVING SYSTEM capable of selectively transmitting power of a motor for driving a spindle in a lathe which machines a workpiece to a rotation system including a drawbar and a spindle for driving a chuck, using a clutch mechanism. The machine tool ELECTRICAL DRIVING SYSTEM includes a housing, a hollow tubular spindle rotatably installed inside the housing, a drive pulley rotatably installed with respect to the spindle outside the spindle, a spindle motor, a drawbar installed to be linearly movable with respect to the spindle but non-rotatable relative to the spindle, a motion conversion unit configured to convert a rotary motion of the drive pulley into a forward-rearward linear motion of the drawbar, a clutch unit, a position detection unit configured to the drive pulley to detect an amount of rotation and a rotation position of the drive pulley, and a controller.

Abstract: A chuck for mounting workpiece is disclosed. A chuck for mounting workpiece includes a chuck body; and a base jaw mounted on the chuck body. The chuck body includes an aluminum alloy. The chuck body includes an aluminum alloy having specific gravity smaller than that of alloy steel for machining structural use or carbon steel for machine structure use. Thus, the chuck can be light weight.
