Abstract: This filter is used for purifying air by removing foreign matters such as liquid droplets contained in the air. A separation unit is formed by a primary port, a port block to which a secondary port is formed, and a separation cylinder attached to the port block. Inside a swirl flow generating chamber of the separation unit, a cylinder blade portion formed by arranging a plurality of blades, which are extended in an axial direction along an inner peripheral surface and also inclined in a circumferential direction, in a cylindrical form is provided. The air flowed into the swirl flow generating chamber is caused to be a swirl flow by the cylindrical blade portion and foreign matters such as liquid droplets are discharged toward a collection container in a separation chamber. The purified air is guided from a discharge pipe to the secondary port.

  • Patent number: 8890070
Abstract: In an ion generator, a flexible discharge electrode 44 composed of one wire is provided to a base 43, and a turning motion of a free end 44b of the discharge electrode 44 about a fixed end 44a of the discharge electrode 44 is performed by repulsive force of a corona discharge generated by supplying a high voltage to the fixed end 44a. Therefore, in comparison with a discharge electrode composed of a bundle of thin wires, it is possible to significantly reduce dust emission from the free end 44b of the discharge electrode 44, and to further improve the ion generator 30 in maintenance interval. Since the discharge electrode 44 is compose of one wire, it is possible to reduce the discharge electrode 44 in size, easily observe the state of the discharge electrode 44, and simplify its maintenance. Since the discharge electrode 44 performs a turning motion, it is possible to transport the generated air ions EI to a wide area of a packaging film 10, and to enhance ionizing efficiency.

  • Patent number: 8839919
Abstract: A shock absorber is attached coaxially with a reciprocating rod driven by a reciprocating unit for absorbing an impact force without bending the reciprocating rod. The shock absorber has a hollow rod provided with a through hole. The hollow rod is mounted within an outer cylindrical body. An accommodating space is formed between the hollow rod and the outer cylindrical body. A spring force toward one end portion side of the hollow rod is applied to the outer cylindrical body by a compression coil spring. An annular piston provided in the hollow rod partitions the accommodating space into two liquid chambers. When the impact force is applied to the hollow rod, the liquid flows from one liquid chamber to another liquid chamber through a gap, whereby a resistance force is applied to the hollow rod.

  • Patent number: 8730641
Abstract: A static electricity removing apparatus for removing static electricity of a charged object comprises a discharge electrode which generates an ionized air having a polarity opposite to that of the object by discharge, an auxiliary electrode which is provided with openings for the ionized air generated by the discharge electrode to pass through, and an electric field forming means which forms an electric field in a space between the auxiliary electrode and the object. The electric field forming means generates the electric field between the auxiliary electrode and the object by allowing a potential having a polarity opposite to that of the object to occur in the auxiliary electrode at the start of the static electricity removal and decreases the electric field between the auxiliary electrode and the object when an absolute value of the potential of the object is equal to or less than a predetermined value.

  • Patent number: 8728330
Abstract: A chemical liquid supply device has a pump provided with a pump chamber which is expanded and contracted by an elastically deformable bellows, and chemical liquid in a chemical liquid container flows into the pump chamber through a suction channel. The chemical liquid in the pump chamber is discharged through a discharge channel to a discharge nozzle. A looped circulation channel for returning the chemical liquid supplied from the pump chamber to the pump chamber is connected to the pump, and provided with an expanding and contracting portion. A filter for filtering the chemical liquid which is returned to the pump chamber is provided to the circulation channel. Since flow resistance of the filter is not applied to the pump when the chemical liquid is discharged from a discharge nozzle, it's possible to discharge a specific amount of chemical liquid from the discharge nozzle with a high degree of accuracy.
