  • Patent number: 11387594
Abstract: An electrical component has an electrical cable and an electrical functional unit undetachably connected at an end side. The electrical cable has a metallic conductor and a plastic insulating sleeve surrounding the conductor. The electrical functional unit has an insulator housing injection-molded onto the plastic insulating sleeve, and an electrical functional element accommodated in the insulator housing and with which contact is made by the conductor. The plastic insulating sleeve is in a ring zone covered by the insulator housing, structured on its outer surface in an encircling manner by laser processing with a groove pattern and raised portions between the grooves. The insulator housing has a pattern formed during injection-molding by the groove pattern of the insulating sleeve, having webs which enter grooves and are anchored such that the insulator housing and insulating sleeve are permanently sealed from one another in respect of liquid media in the ring zone.

  • Publication number: 20100133949
Abstract: The invention relates to a closed loop conductor blank for a drum commutator (T). The conductor segments are interconnected via bridge sections. One end face of the conductor segments comprises connecting projections (7) as well as inward-facing anchor ties for anchoring said conductor segments in a support element (1). The first anchor ties (9a, 9b), which are produced by the partial splitting of material on the radially inner surface of the strip in the vicinity of the conductor segments (4), form K-shaped pairs of anchor ties. In addition, second anchor ties (10a, 10b) are provided, said ties being C-shaped and arranged substantially on the end face and being produced by the inward deformation of anchoring projections arranged on the edges of the strip.

  • Patent number: 7019432
Abstract: In a plane commutator with a support member, a plurality of conductor segments and an equally large number of carbon segments connected interlockingly and electrically conductively to the conductor segments, each carbon segment is provided with an annular projection disposed opposite the brush running surface, the end face of the said projection being in contact with a corresponding annular contact face of the associated conductor segment. The annular contact faces are each surrounded by a contact ring of the conductor segment in question, which segment is in gap-free contact with the associated annular projection. On each conductor segment, there projects a contact pin, which engages without gaps in a corresponding bore of the associated annular projection of the carbon segment in question. Thus the carbon segments are each connected electrically conductively via the outer circumferential face, the annular end face and the inner circumferential face of the annular projection to the conductor segments.
