  • Publication number: 20080312355
Abstract: A composition for forming a prism layer and a prism film manufactured using the same. The composition for forming a prism layer includes a UV-curable monomer A, including a fluorene derivative diacrylate monomer represented by Formula 1 or 2; a UV-curable monomer B, including at least one acrylate monomer; a photoinitiator; and an additive, and thus is excellent in surface strength, adhesion to a substrate film and anti-yellowing properties, with a viscosity suitable for formation of the prism layer.

  • Publication number: 20080231025
Abstract: The present invention relates to an inflatable fabric, and more particularly to an inflatable fabric comprising two separated fabric layers which are woven at the same time using a weaving machine, and at least one an attachment area where a single layer of fabric is formed, wherein said attachment area is formed from at least a weave pattern of at least 13 yarns selected from the group consisting of a 2/2 basket weave pattern, a satin weave pattern, a partial attaching weave of a double layer weave pattern, and a combination thereof Since the attachment area of the inflatable fabric of the present invention comprises at least 13 yarns, air leakage can be minimized during inflation. Also, because sewing is unnecessary, manufacture cost of shock-absorbing products including an airbag can be reduced. Further, with a superior weaving property and surface smoothness, the fabric of the present invention can be utilized for shock-absorbing products when coated with synthetic resins.

  • Publication number: 20070178326
Abstract: The present invention relates to a thermo-shrinkable polyester film with a superior thermal shrinkage, which has an orientation angle of a molecular chain in a range of from 0° to about ±10° relative to a main shrinkage direction, and a molecular orientation ratio (MOR) in a range of from 1.29 to about 2.5, thereby preventing a label made from the film from curling or waving.

  • Publication number: 20060273557
Abstract: The present invention relates to an inflatable two-layer fabric, and provides an inflatable two-layer fabric comprising two separated fabric layers, woven at the same time using a weaving machine, and an attachment area attaching said two fabric layers. Since the inflatable fabric of the present invention requires no sewing, it can significantly reduce manufacturing costs. Particularly, since all fabric layers are formed of a plain weave, airbags having a variety of shapes can be manufactured using a jacquard weaving machine. Further, since it has superior weaving property and smoothness, it can be utilized for side curtain airbags and other shock-absorbing products.
