The small dipole antenna according to one embodiment of the present invention obtains resonance frequency adjustment characteristics by filling a gap between the arrangement of the meander line disposed on the both sides of the dipole antenna on the basis of the balun and the meander line, and adds a short circuit between the meander line to achieve impedance matching and minimize the overall size of the dipole antenna structure at the same time, thereby having the effect of ensuring tractability of antenna operation regardless of external conditions when measuring electromagnetic wave performance.
