    Abstract: An apparatus for dissolution experiment of mineral is disclosed. The apparatus for dissolution experiment of mineral according to the inventive concept includes a main body including frames, a mounting unit including a container whose mouth is open so as to contain an alkaline solution, a first mineral sample and a second mineral sample contacting with each other in the alkaline solution, a cylinder including a plunger that is attached to the main body and movable so as to be inserted in and separated from the container for pressing the first mineral sample toward the second mineral sample included in the container, and a load cell supporting the mounting unit from the below and measuring a pressure applied to the second mineral sample.

Accordingly, it is possible to easily and rapidly measure a flow velocity and a flow rate of groundwater leaking from the earth surface by the use of a user's terminal in real time, or by time zones, or on the user's request.

The electrowinning apparatus includes: an electrolytic cell including a body portion which has an inlet for introducing an aqueous solution containing metal ions into the body portion and a conical portion which is gradually reduced in diameter from top to bottom and disposed under the body portion; a ring-shaped cathode coupled to an inner circumferential surface of the body portion of the electrolytic cell and having an entrance hole which extends from an outer circumferential surface of the cathode through to an inner circumferential surface of the cathode and is connected to the inlet of the electrolytic cell; and a hollow anode having an upper end disposed outside the electrolytic cell and inserted into the cathode. In the electrowinning method, a metal can be recovered from an aqueous solution containing a low concentration of metal ions using the above cyclone-shaped electrowinning apparatus.

    Abstract: Provided is a manufacturing method of ferromolybdenum from molybdenite concentrate, and more particularly, a manufacturing method of ferromolybdenum with copper content of 0.5% or less from molybdenite with high copper content without carrying out a separate copper removing process by putting molybdenite, aluminum metal and iron metal, in a heating furnace and reacting them at high temperature to manufacture the ferro molybdenum at the lower portion thereof, forming a slag using aluminum sulfide and iron sulfide as the main components at the upper portion thereof, and putting most of the copper (80 to 95%) existing in the molybdenite in a slag layer. The exemplary embodiment can shorten a process as compared to a metallothermic reduction (Thermit) method of the related art and reduce the consumption of a reducing agent, i.e., aluminum.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sintered ferromolybdenum alloy, in which a mixed powder of a mill scale (a mixture of Fe, FeO and Fe2O3) as a ferrous raw material discharged from a hot rolling and forging process of the steel-making process and a molybdenum oxide powder as a molybdenum raw material is primarily reduced with a hydrogen gas at low temperature, and then is secondarily reduced with the hydrogen gas at high temperature and simultaneously is cooled in a hydrogen atmosphere to thereby obtain a ferromolybdenum alloy in the form of a powder, and subsequently the obtained ferromolybdenum alloy powder is mixed with wax (Kenolube P11) and the wax-containing mixture is compacted or pressure-molded, after which the molded product is heat-treated in a hydrogen gas atmosphere and then is cooled, thereby manufacturing a sintered ferromolybdenum alloy, and a sintered product manufactured by said method.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for producing a cerium dioxide nanopowder by flame spray pyrolysis. The method comprises dissolving a cerium compound in an organic solvent to prepare a precursor solution, atomizing the precursor solution into microdroplets using an ultrasonic atomizer, transferring the microdroplets together with an argon gas as a carrier gas to a central portion of a high-temperature diffusion flame burner, subjecting the microdroplets to pyrolysis and oxidation in the central portion of the diffusion flame burner to produce a cerium dioxide nanopowder, and collecting the cerium dioxide nanopowder using a collector. According to the method, a cerium dioxide nanopowder can be continuously produced on a large scale by flame spray pyrolysis. In addition, the particle size and uniformity of the cerium dioxide nanopowder can be controlled by appropriately selecting the kind of the solvent and the concentration of the raw material.
