Patents Assigned to Krallmann Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH
  • Patent number: 10237972
Abstract: A plastic component with at least one electrical contact element has a plastic body and at least one electrical strip conductor, by which the electrical contact element can be electrically connected. Provisions are made for the plastic component to be manufactured by a combined injection molding and metal casting method, in which the plastic body is manufactured by an injection molding method and the at least one electrical strip conductor is manufactured by a metal casting or metal injection molding method one after another. The component formed last is molded onto the component formed first. Further, a method for manufacturing a corresponding plastic component is described.

  • Patent number: 9266661
Abstract: A dispenser has a container and a spreading spring which is in engagement with the inner wall of the container and prevents movement of the sealing piston in a second direction which is opposed to the first direction. The spreading spring is made from synthetic material and has a central part from which a plurality of fingers arranged distributed over the periphery extend radially outwards. Each finger is connected to the central part in a manner articulated at its radially inner end and is in engagement at its radially outer end with the inner wall of the container. The central part and the fingers are constructed in one piece with one another and each finger is connected to the central part by way of a web, wherein in the region of the web a cutout is formed.

  • Publication number: 20150352757
Abstract: In a particle foam component with an embedded fastening element consisting of a thermoplastic or elastomeric plastic, the fastening element is surrounded at least in some sections by a wrapping consisting of a first particle foam of a first plastic. A bonding in substance and/or a positive-locking connection is brought about in a first contact surface between the fastening element and the wrapping. The wrapping is surrounded at least in some sections by a molded part made of a particle foam of a second plastic, and a bonding in substance is brought about in a second contact surface between the wrapping and the molded part.

  • Publication number: 20150136812
Abstract: A dispenser has a container whereof one end is sealed by a sealing piston which, in relation to the container, is adjustable in a first direction. There is arranged, on the side of the sealing piston remote from a product chamber of the container, a spreading spring which is in engagement with the inner wall of the container and prevents movement of the sealing piston in a second direction which is opposed to the first direction. The spreading spring is made from synthetic material and has a central part from which a plurality of fingers arranged distributed over the periphery extend radially outwards. Each finger is connected to the central part in a manner articulated at its radially inner end and is in engagement at its radially outer end with the inner wall of the container. • Publication number: 20140224802
Abstract: A hinged closure lid made of plastic for placing onto a container, has a main part which has a dispenser opening, a lid which is mounted pivotably on the main part and, in a closure position resting on the main part, closes the dispenser opening, and an actuating part which is mounted on the main part so as to be adjustable between an inoperative position and an actuating position. The lid can be adjusted from the closure position in the direction of an open position when the actuating part is actuated. The actuating part here is connected to the lid via at least one flexible web serving as a predetermined breaking point. The web is destroyed when the actuating part is first adjusted into the actuating position.

  • Publication number: 20120024912
Abstract: A deformable small packaging structure for free-flowing products has a valve-like closure (10) produced by a two-component injection molding process and including a dimensionally stable carrier element (11) and an outer jacket (12) which envelopes the carrier element (11) at least in part and has a flexible squirt-nozzle (16) with slotted openings. The outer jacket (12), in relation to the withdrawn squirt-nozzle (16), has a meander-shaped configuration adjacent to the squirt-nozzle (16). The squirt-nozzle (16), in relation to the withdrawn state, is configured as a pot-shaped recess. The outer jacket (12) has an inner annular flange (17) which engages in a recess of the carrier element (11) and is firmly connected therewith. Further, the outer jacket (12) has adjacent to the inner annular flange (17) a circumferential web (18) which engages in a groove of the carrier element (11) and is also firmly connected therewith.

According to the invention, the outer jacket (12), in relation to the withdrawn squirt-nozzle (16), has a meander-shaped configuration adjacent to the squirt-nozzle (16). The squirt-nozzle (16), in relation to the withdrawn state, is configured as a pot-shaped recess.
