Abstract: An autonomous farm vehicle is provided. In a preferred embodiment the vehicle is a plow, which is capable of driving itself without input from an operator. The plow is significantly lighter in weight and smaller in size then a combined tractor and plow, and can be operated continuously. The vehicle, includes a chassis mounted on a plurality of wheels and a tool in the form of a plowing assembly mounted to the chassis and displaceable about the chassis between a first and a second position, such that in the first position the plowing assembly is operational while the vehicle is driven in a first direction. In the second position the plowing assembly is operational while the vehicle is driven in a second direction substantially opposite to the first direction.

Each plough body is connected to the frame by a first respective articulation, the plough bodies are connected with each other via a control mechanism integrated in the frame, each plough body is connected to the control mechanism by a second respective articulation and the control mechanism includes at least one straight bar and a curved bar.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an opening disk for a seed drill. The opening disk has waves in a manner known to those skilled in the art. These waves allow the disk to work a relatively broad strip of earth. According to one feature of the present invention, the disk advantageously has at least one notch on its circumference. The purpose of the notch(es) is to increase the ability of the disk to penetrate the ground.
