Abstract: A foot peg assembly for a motorcycle includes a mounting assembly including a mounting flange having an outer wall with a substantially planar front face and a lower surface extending from the outer wall. A mounting plate is configured to be coupled to the mounting flange to secure the mounting assembly to the motorcycle. An arm includes an elongated body extending from a first end coupled to the outer wall of the mounting assembly to a second end. A peg is coupled to the second end of the arm.
Abstract: An arm rest assembly for a motorcycle is provided having a housing that receives a shaft of the arm rest. A user-operated button is movable between a first position to prevent vertical movement of the support relative to the housing, and a second position to permit vertical movement of the support. A locking mechanism is operable to secure a second sleeve of the assembly to a first sleeve of the assembly to prevent relative movement between the first sleeve and the second sleeve.
Abstract: A motorcycle handlebar grip assembly includes an outer grip tube and an inner grip tube. The outer grip tube includes a groove in the inner tube wall surface, which aligns with a groove in an outer tube wall surface of the inner grip tube. A spring loaded retainer clip is positioned within the grooves of the inner and outer grip tubes to secure the inner and outer grip tubes together without the need for an adhesive.
Abstract: A motorcycle footrest mount includes a support arm that is length adjustable and pivotally adjustable. The mount attaches to a motorcycle structure and includes a helical ramp. One end of the support arm is pivotably mounted to the helical ramp and is spring biased against the mount in a first, home position. The other end of the support arm is mounted to a footrest. The support arm is able to pivotally move downward along the helical ramp upon application of force by a motorcycle operator's legs and feet on the footrest, and to return to the home position when the operator removes his or her feet from the footrest by virtue of the spring biasing.

Abstract: A motorcycle passenger arm rest assembly includes a pair of mounting brackets that are mounted on a front surface of a motorcycle trunk lid, near each side of the lid. A support arm is connected to each bracket. The support arm carries an arm rest, to support the arm rests at a position suitable to support the arms of a motorcycle passenger. The support arms are configured to allow the arm rests to pivot from a first extended position, to provide support for a passenger's arms, to a second retracted position, to enable a passenger to easily mount and dismount from the passenger seating area.
Abstract: A passenger armrest assembly includes an armrest coupled to a support tube that is pivotally mounted to an armrest support bracket. The armrest support bracket is configured to be reversibly mounted to a mounting bracket that is installed on a motorcycle structure adjacent to a passenger seat. The armrest support bracket is easily removable when a motorcycle is not carrying a passenger, and is easily attachable to the mounting bracket when a passenger is to be carried on the motorcycle.
Abstract: A motorcycle backrest assembly includes a base assembly having first and second ends and a back rest rotatably connected to the first end of the base assembly such that the back rest is movable between first and second positions. A mounting plate has the second end of the base assembly rotatably connected thereto such that the base assembly is movable between first and second positions. The backrest assembly includes a first configuration as a passenger back rest where the backrest is in the first position and the base assembly is in the first position, and a second configuration as a driver backrest where the backrest is in the second position and the base assembly is in the second position.
