    Abstract: A valve adjustment device according to the present invention includes: a shaft having a screw portion on an outer periphery, the shaft being displaceable in an axial direction by rotation in a peripheral direction, the shaft applying displacement to a valve that changes resistance applied to a flow of hydraulic oil (fluid) by transmission of the displacement; a ball received in a hole opening in a radial direction from a side of the shaft; a spring received in the hole and biasing the ball outward from the hole; and a notch case that has a tubular shape, into which the shaft is inserted, and that has a plurality of detent grooves that is provided along the axial direction on an inner periphery to receive the ball fitted thereinto. At least one of the detent grooves is shorter than the other detent grooves.
