    Abstract: The invention relates to a cosmetic composition for coating keratin fibers, comprising a cationic polymer, an anionic polymer and an aqueous polyurethane dispersion. The invention also relates to a process for coating keratin fibers which consists in applying the composition to the keratin fibers. The composition leads rapidly to a uniform make-up result which has good properties of coating, lengthening and curling the eyelashes, as well as good staying power.
