    Abstract: A centrifugal fast chromatograph is disclosed. The apparatus includes a rotor, a rotor drive, a plurality of chromatographic columns mounted on the rotor, a transfer disk mounted on the rotor, photodetecting apparatus, a gradient maker and a microprocessor control system. The microprocessor controls and monitors the entire chromatograpy process. The centrifugal fast chromatograph permits the performance of multiple, rapid, and simultaneous separations.
