  • Patent number: 10149425
Abstract: A pneumatic precision seed drill has a multiplicity of seeding hearts 1 for holding pivoting separating devices 3 exposed to a pressure difference between their inner space 21 and their exterior space 22. A multiplicity of holes 17-20 intended for the accumulation of seeds is arranged in the device 3. The separating device 3 is formed by a pair of separating plates 4, 5 connected to one another at their outer edge 38, 39 that are arranged offset in a tangential direction to one another to produce a spread seed row and are assigned to separate outlets 23, 24 for the discharge of the seed from the seeding heart 1 in the direction of the sowing coulter.

  • Patent number: 10051771
Abstract: A double disc coulter 1 has two disc coulters 2 angled to each other to form a V shape that are rotatable on hollow axle stubs 3 by means of bearing units 18. One hollow axle stub 3 is arranged with a flange face 5 facing the coulter bar 4 at an angle to the vertical plane of the rotation axis of the hollow axle stubs. At the same time, the hollow axle stub 3 determines the angular position of the plane 13 that intersects in the rotation axis 6 and in an axis 7 vertical to the flange face 8, 9 of the coulter bar 4.

  • Publication number: 20170354076
Abstract: The invention relates to an agricultural implement having an auxiliary chassis, which implement is supported by the three-point hydraulics of a towing vehicle and has an additional support wheel, on which a spring force acts, to improve the steerability of the vehicle. A dead center mechanism resiliently lifts the support wheel when the implement is in the working position.

  • Patent number: 9797454
Abstract: A compact bearing unit (1) for a double disc coulter (2) with ball bearing (23) with an inner ring (3), outer ring (5) with flange facing and a protective cap (7) has a multi-stage sealing system. A first seal (11) is provided between the inner ring 3 and an internal ring race (17) of the outer ring (5). At least one additional seal (14) is arranged between the protective cap (7) and a ring race (13, 17) of the outer ring (5), whereby said seal does not make any additional installation space necessary in the axial direction of the bearing unit (1).

  • Patent number: 9398738
Abstract: The invention refers to a soil cultivation implement with two tool rows of hollow discs of a first hollow discs row and of a second hollow discs row. One hollow disc in the first hollow discs row is positioned slightly offset to the rear. In the second hollow discs row there is a hollow disc in a position offset to the front. In order to prevent lateral pull with a soil cultivation implement of this type the hollow discs rows were positioned relatively symmetrically and were offset where the hollow discs point towards each other with their convex sides or with their concave sides. This offset has the effect of optimizing the soil flow and prevents components colliding with each other. This ensures even cultivation over the whole working width of the implement, including in the area of greater working depths with hollow discs that have a larger diameter.

  • Patent number: 9398737
Abstract: The invention refers to a soil cultivation implement with two successively and obliquely positioned frame parts, on which hollow discs on separately rotating bearings are positioned in parallel. Hollow discs of one frame part point in the direction of working with the concave sides obliquely to the front and the outside. Hollow discs of the other frame part point in the direction of working with the concave sides obliquely to the front and the center. The chords of the concave sides of the hollow discs are positioned to form an obtuse angle with the surface of the soil. The respective two hollow discs in the middle section that point towards each other with their concave sides or their convex sides are constructed so that in each case one of these hollow discs has a smaller diameter and is positioned in the direction of working offset towards the adjacent hollow discs.

  • Publication number: 20160183446
Abstract: A towed soil cultivation implement (1) is proposed in which the soil tillage tools (5) are guided by a contact pressure controlled depth guide device (9), which enables a constant weight load on a downstream, adjustable reconsolidation implement (6) on uneven ground as well. In the process, the pull line between tractor (3) and soil cultivation implement (1) is maintained in an optimum position.
