Abstract: An outdoor cooktop apparatus intended to be used with a standard barbeque grill or firepit comprising a plate having an aperture. The plate defines a top surface for cooking food, and a bottom that may be supported by the grill or firepit over combustible material. The top surface is a continuous surface so that food being cooked is not in direct contact with fire.
