Abstract: The invention relates to a single-lever, timed mixer tap comprising a push-button that makes it possible to control the passage of water between at least one water-supply inlet, in particular two inlets for hot water and cold water, respectively, and at least one outlet for the mixed water, a mixing block having a portion that is rotatably movable in relation to a stationary portion in order to vary the temperature of the mixed water, and a timer cartridge, characterised in that the mixing block and the timer cartridge are mounted separately from one another and the push-button is mounted translatably and rotatably movable, and in that at least one member for transmitting the movement of the push-button is provided, which is designed to transmit a translational movement to an actuator rod of the timer cartridge as well as a rotational movement to the movable portion of the mixing block.

Abstract: A timer-operated tap or timer cartridge for a device forming a timer-operated tap includes at least one opening for the inlet of the supply fluid and at least one opening for the outlet of the supply fluid. A main closure member is received in a main seat formed in at least one outlet or inlet opening to close the tap and is removed from the main seat to open the tap and allow the passage of the supply fluid between the inlet and outlet openings. Control means for controlling the movement of the main closure member by means of a control rod; and timer means intended for moving the main closure member into the seat thereof at the end of a given time interval preceding the removal thereof. An element forming an intermediate closure member and an associated intermediate seat may also be provided.

Abstract: Method for fitting a shower panel, notably for communal use, intended to be surface-mounted on a wall, comprising a housing (1), of U-shaped cross section defining, between its opening and at least one front wall (2), an interior space housing the shower controls, notably on a timer, and the pipes or ducts for connecting the hot and/or cold water inlets, the controls and at least one main water outlet, notably fitted with a shower head, and at least one element for supporting the panel on the wall, which element is intended to be fixed to the wall, for example two cross-members—an upper one and a lower one—and characterised in that it comprises the following steps: the support is fixed to the wall; then the U-shaped housing is fixed to the support and the interior space is closed.

Abstract: A device forming a high frequency use electronic tap for a washbasin, which defines a water circuit between a water inlet point and a water outlet point and which comprises means for opening/closing the water circuit. The means for opening/closing the water circuit are characterized in that it comprises a baseplate for fixing to a basin; the baseplate, the water circuit between the water inlet point and water outlet point, and the opening/closing device are assembled in a base element; and a shell is provided which forms the outer casing of the tap and which comprises a water inlet opening and a water outlet opening. The shell covering the base element such that the water outlet is located facing the water outlet opening and the baseplate is located facing the water inlet opening.

Abstract: Improvements to shower panels and, more particularly to the lower part of such a panel, connected to the upper one by a metallic protective sleeve (3), characterized in that said lower part comprises a casing in two parts, one of which forming a base (6) and comprising means to allow it being fixated against the usual membrane and to maintain a priming valve (1), while the other (11), which totally covers the first part, and the lower part of the sleeve forms a metallic protecting shell and comprises means for operating the usual pusher (2) of said priming valve and to evacuate the water resulting of the discharging of said priming valve and of the main valve disposed at the upper part of the panel.

Abstract: A faucet mixer for mixing at least two fluids comprising a mixing chamber, at least two feed lines adapted to open into a mixing chamber and a cock shell adapted to block each of the pipes as a function of its position. The cock shell is arranged within the mixing chamber and comprises a cylinder, and a flap valve adapted to close the cylinder to prevent either of the fluids from passing through the cylinder. The flap valve is adapted to seat at one end of the cylinder.
