Abstract: A method for transmitting a scheduling request (SR) by a terminal in a wireless communication system according to one embodiment of the present specification comprises: a step for receiving setting information related to an SR; and a step for transmitting at least one SR on the basis of the setting information. On the basis of the at least one SR overlapping with a different type of uplink control information (UCI), a UCI bit in which a specific field related to the at least one SR and the different type of UCI are combined is transmitted. On the basis of the at least one SR being related to beam failure recovery (BFR), the specific field indicates the beam failure recovery.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a mobile communication system, and more particularly, to a method of allocating a Walsh code resource. The present invention includes determining an available maximum data rate by comparing a channel information value of a forward link with a first threshold value, determining a data rate based on a quantity of data to be transmitted, terminating to allocate the walsh codes or determining a number of the walsh codes to be requested for the data according to a comparison between the data rates, and determining a number of walsh codes for other terminals by checking a number of remaining walsh codes excluding the number of the requested walsh codes from available walsh codes.

Abstract: A plasma display panel prevents electrostatic force between upper and lower substrates and noise and error discharge due to non-uniformity. The plasma display panel includes a lower substrate, a plurality of barriers formed on the lower substrate, an upper substrate, a dielectric layer formed on the upper substrate to have grooves of a predetermined depth along regions adjoining the barriers, and a plurality of ground electrodes formed between the barriers and the grooves of the dielectric layer, having both ends commonly connected to one another. Thus, it is possible to prevent noise of the product resulting from vibration of the upper and lower substrates from occurring and optimize the operation conditions, thereby improving quality of the product.
