    Abstract: A combined fluorescent and Light Emitting Diode (LED) lighting apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes two fluorescent lighting fixtures, each fluorescent lighting fixture configured to receive fluorescent light bulbs and having a lengthwise channel on a top surface proximate a longest side, and a mounting bracket having two external edges configured to fit into lengthwise channels on the two fluorescent lighting fixtures and configured to receive and maintain an LED light fixture.
