Abstract: A sheet bending device (1) is described, comprising two bending punches (19, 20), pivotally connected together, which are disposed alongside each other in a frame (2), and of which at least one is pivotally mounted and is coupled to a pivoting drive (24), and comprising a counter-punch (10), situated opposite the bending punches (19, 20) and arranged to be linearly movable between a working position on the sheet (18) and a retracted position, about which counter-punch the sheet (18) is bent in the working position, wherein the two bending punches (19, 20) are articulated to each other or pivotally supported in the frame (2) in the working region itself.
Abstract: There is described a device (1) for accommodating and displaying compact disc (CD) records (3) packed in flat blister packs (2), said blister packs below the records (3) having relatively thin extensions (8), with which they are insertable in substantially erect position into slot-shaped openings (7) in a supporting base (5; 5a; 5b), a preferably closed accommodation space (10) being provided below said base; in the inserted condition the blister packs (2) with the transition from the thinner extension (8) to the thicker range (9), where the CD disc (3) is contained, abut the edge of the slot-shaped openings (7); preferably there are provided in the supporting base a plurality of rows one next to the other of slot-shaped openings (7) one after another; at least one lock bar (16), e.g., of flat steel is provided, slidable transversely to the direction of the rows from a position of rest next to the blister packs (2) to a locking position in engagement with lateral slots in the blister packs (2).
Abstract: Proposed is a device (1) for holding and displaying CD, audio or video cassettes (2), which with their lower edge areas are obliquely supported in grooves (5) in a case (4), the grooves (5) having support areas cooperating in pairs, between which the cassettes are held in each of their skewed positions. The groove base can be provided with median rounded-off projections (16) for the cassettes and may have a cylindrical form or at least a section. The side walls of the grooves are recessed, and the grooves are stepwise arranged and may be mutually offset in height. The base (4) may be produced as an extruded section of profiled sheet steel or by vacuum molding, wherein the support fillets corresponding to the recessed portions of the grooves are removably placed in a mold and are removed from the mold together with the molded plastic sheet.
Abstract: A locking device is provided to prevent pilferage of a compact disc from within a storage cassette, the locking device including a locking plate which is positionable over the disc and which is locked to a circular array of spring fingers of the cassette providing a support for the compact disc.
