When the light emitting unit 4 is fixed to the head, the light emitting unit 4 moves with the movement of the healthcare worker, and furthermore, when the healthcare worker moves his or her head, the direction of light radiation can be changed as desired. The use of an auxiliary lighting unit 6 and a camera 22 can provide safe surgery.
