  • Publication number: 20060017264
Abstract: A folding structure of a carrier is described, which comprises an expansion member connected between a base frame and an extension member. As the expansion member pivotally passes through the point of over-tangency (the turning point of balance of force), the extension member is extended or folded due to a liner bias force provided by the expansion member and also due to the change in length of the expansion member. For example, the expansion member starts to elongate itself when passing through the point of over-tangency, generating a force to extend the extension member in an extended position automatically.

  • Publication number: 20050212264
Abstract: The present invention relates to a single hand folding structure for an umbrella folding stroller (2), utilizing a connecting element to connect between a single hand release structure and locking elements of a folding set. Wherein the single hand release structure is disposed on the handle bar of the frame of the umbrella fold stroller so as to allow a user to directly operate with hand to release the folding set. Meanwhile, a device on an elastic element of the frame is utilized to assist the partial folding of the frame such that the user can directly push the handle bar to fold the frame. Thus, the user avoids using her foot to release the frame to fold and subsequently prevents damage to her shoe.

  • Publication number: 20050181701
Abstract: The present invention is a toy support structure, in particular a plurality of pivots are provided on a center housing such that each axle center of the pivots is parallel to the axle center of center housing. By rotatably connecting the pivots and the hanging support set, the hanging support set can rotate in relation to the pivots so as to extend in radial form. Meanwhile, the hanging support set can rotate in relation to the pivots so as to be arranged in parallel on the same plane, thereby reducing the volume and accomplishing the ease of carrying and storage.

  • Patent number: 6921870
Abstract: A shifting mechanism for electric vehicles includes an operation bar coupled with a universal joint mounting on an electric vehicle body. The operation bar may be turned and swiveled in multiple directions and has a free end movable according to preset paths of a guiding means. The operation bar may be swiveled in different directions or through the guiding means to switch circuits that control motor positive rotation and reverse rotation at high speed or low speed. Thereby a definite direction is provided to switch the direction and speed. The switches are located on different positions and arranged in low—high speed and forward (positive rotation)—backward (reverse rotation) fashion so that the backward movement can only be exercised at the low speed to avoid the risk of backward high speed condition to secure safety for children's ride-on electric vehicles.

  • Patent number: 6893040
Abstract: A safety seat anchoring mechanism for a stroller and particularly an anchoring mechanism that has a pair of anchor docks connecting to a frame and having a coupling member formed on each anchor dock. The safety seat has a body pivotally coupling with a handle. The handle may be turned relative to the body with an adjusting apparatus to switch to a carrying position and an anchored position. The lower side of the handle is extended to form an anchor hook that is turnable with the handle. When anchoring the safety seat, move the handle to the carrying position and place the body above the anchor docks. Then turn the handle to a usage position to couple the anchor hook with the coupling member and form a latched condition. The anchor position is also attained by switching the handle position. The invention provides direct and effective movements to achieve safety and to prevent inadvertent misuse.
