Abstract: A nursing assembly for use in nursing an infant is provided. The nursing assembly includes a blanket and a strap. The strap includes a first end and an opposite second end, a tightening mechanism slidably coupled to the strap, the tightening mechanism configured to adjust a length of the strap, and at least two coupling mechanisms coupled to the strap. A first of the at least two coupling mechanisms is coupled between the first end and the tightening mechanism, and a second of the at least two coupling mechanisms is coupled to the strap second end. The strap is removably coupled to the blanket using the at least two coupling mechanisms.
